Return & Refund Window:You can request a return or refund within 5 days from the day you receive your order. After 5 days, we won’t be able to process it, so check your items ASAP!

Refund Charges:

Prepaid Orders: ₹50 processing fee will be deducted from the refund.

COD Orders: ₹100 handling will be deducted from the refund.

These fees covers payment gateway or bank processing charges, reverse logistics/courier handling, and order verification & inspection.

Exchange:

Exchanges are allowed only once per product and depend on stock availability.

Ordered the wrong product or need a different size? Let us know immediately via call, SMS, or email so we can help.

We highly recommend recording a video while unboxing your order.

Make sure all stickers and labels remain intact.

This video will serve as proof in case of missing or damaged product(s).
