🛒 Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

  1. Return & Refund Window:You can request a return or refund within 5 days from the day you receive your order. After 5 days, we won’t be able to process it, so check your items ASAP!

  2. Refund Charges:

    • Prepaid Orders: ₹50 processing fee will be deducted from the refund.

    • COD Orders: ₹100 handling will be deducted from the refund.

These fees covers payment gateway or bank processing charges, reverse logistics/courier handling, and order verification & inspection.

  1. Exchange:

    • Exchanges are allowed only once per product and depend on stock availability.

    • Ordered the wrong product or need a different size? Let us know immediately via call, SMS, or email so we can help.

  2. Important Guidelines:

    • We highly recommend recording a video while unboxing your order.

    • Make sure all stickers and labels remain intact.

    • This video will serve as proof in case of missing or damaged product(s).

    • Without video proof, it may be challenging for us to process returns or refunds.

  3. How to Return:

    • Product must be in original packaging and unused.

    • Keep all tags and labels intact.

  4. Refund Process:

    • Once we receive and inspect the product, your refund will be processed.

    • Refunds usually reflect in your account within 5-7 business days.

  5. Order Modifications & Cancellations:

    • You can cancel or modify your order (contact number, address, product style, or size) if it hasn’t been dispatched from our warehouse.

  6. Important Notes:

    • Exchanges and returns are subject to stock availability.

    • Any delays or damages caused due to improper packaging may affect your return/exchange eligibility.

    • Be quick! The sooner you inform us, the smoother the process.
