✍️ Custom Products

For custom t-shirts or phone covers, refunds or replacements are not allowed if the issue is related to size.

If the product is damaged or faulty from our side, you can request a return.

Please check the Size Guide before placing your order.

💰 Pricing

We try our best to keep prices accurate. If there’s an error, we’ll inform you ASAP.

If you cancel the order before shipping, you’ll get a full refund.

Prices may change from time to time, but orders already placed will not be affected.

All prices include taxes (GST/VAT) as applicable.

💳 Payment

When you place an order, we run a standard check to ensure payment is valid.

For prepaid orders, your card is charged once the order is confirmed.

For COD orders, you pay the courier at delivery.

🚚 Delivery

Delivery options and timelines will be shown during checkout.

Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days (may vary for remote areas).

If delays happen due to courier issues, we’ll inform you by email/SMS.

We don’t provide compensation for delays caused by external factors.

Single/combo products cannot be returned once delivered, unless faulty or damaged.

Size issues in custom apparel are not eligible for return or refund.
