1. Order Processing:

   • Orders are usually processed within 24 to 48 Hourse after payment confirmation.

   • During peak seasons or sale periods, processing may take slightly longer, but we’ll keep you updated.

2. Shipping Time:

   • Standard delivery takes 3-7 business days within India.

   • Remote areas may take a little longer.

3. Shipping Charges:

   • We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.

   • COD orders may have a small 50rs shipping/handling fee, which will be displayed at checkout.

4. Tracking Your Order:

   • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking ID via email or SMS.

   • Use this ID to track your package until it reaches your doorstep.

5. Lost or Delayed Shipments:

   • We work with trusted courier partners, but occasional delays may happen due to logistics issues.

   • If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, contact us via WhatsApp or email and we’ll assist you immediately.

6. Address & Contact:

   • Make sure your shipping address and contact number are accurate.

   • We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect information.

7. Packaging:

   • All products are packed carefully to prevent damage during transit.

   • If you receive a damaged package, follow our Return & Refund Policy immediately.
